If you are wondering where you can enjoy a good aperitif in Milan based on fresh fish and if you are dreaming of the sun, the sea and the cozy atmosphere of the Apulia, then there is only one place to go: Pescaria.
The project was born a few years ago in the Polignano and has also recently landed in Milan, where the now famous signature gourmet sandwiches Pescaria Are literally bewitching everyone.
The secret? The concept of this place that combines three basic elements, which are:

- the quick consumption in a comfortable place
All made successful by the skilled hands and heart, as well as technique, of chef Lucius Mele, who had the insight to make the street food a trendy reality, combining a new approach to food with a new way of consuming it. Add to this good communication and a young and appealing marketing strategy, and the picture is done!
Social networks, blogs and magazines do nothing but talk about realities such as Pescaria and food design becomes fashionable, while sandwiches filled with octopus, mackerel and taleggio cheese tell about a land, its scents, its vocation, its traditions. Some time ago, if we had told this story, it would have been the story of some nostalgic people, and instead today everyone is going crazy for the new concept of street - design - food.
