Craving for summer and craving for ice cream: with the arrival of the hot season-we all know-everyone is crazy for ice cream, which becomes a temptation that is impossible to give up, and even as far as the vegan desserts of summer 2017, the focus is on the Veg Ice Cream or to the vegan ice cream.

RawChocolate's raw ice cream

The first vegan raw ice cream was made in Rome in the gelateria pastry shop RawChocolate, who thought of making a mouth-watering product that is good for health because it is free of animal ingredients such as milk and dairy products as well as gluten-free, without dyes of all sorts and with lots of fresh fruit in season.

This ice cream is one of the vegan desserts healthier, ideal for those who want to enjoy this typical product of our summer without having to make ethical compromises, without sacrificing the nutritious properties of the fruit and taste, but above all without incurring allergies of any kind.

 

The veg ice cream is prepared with items that have not been cooked and therefore retain their nutritional properties: such as unpasteurized plant-based milk, which has coconut sugar added.

Of course, the product must be consumed the same day and is prepared fresh for the next day-nothing is more health-conscious and therefore more valuable to our bodies, as well as to our palates.

In the world of vegan desserts: the benefits of raw ice cream

The vegan ice cream has numerous beneficial properties, including containing vitamins, minerals and fiber. In addition, coconut sugar has a reduced glycemic level, unlike traditional refined white sugar. The veg ice cream is therefore ideal for infant feeding and for those on hypoglycemic or low-calorie diets.

Excellence is now more affordable

Thanks to the Chef Bonus you can get a credit of up to 6,000 euros for expenses incurred in 2021 and 2022 for your professional training.  

Starting February 27, 2023, it will be possible to apply to the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy for the Chef Bonus.

WHAT IS IT?

Bonus Chef 2023 consists of a 40% tax credit (up to a maximum of 6,000 euros) recognized on expenses related to the restaurant industry for individuals engaged in the activity of professional chef at hotels and restaurants.

TO GET THE BONUS:

- you must have incurred, between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022, one or more of the expenses deemed eligible for the benefit

- one must be a resident or established of the state territory;

- Applicants must be in the full enjoyment of civil rights.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES:

- Purchase of durable capital goods (high energy class machinery for food storage, processing, processing and cooking, professional tools and equipment for catering)

- Participation in professional development courses.

HOW THE 2023 CHEF BONUS WORKS

The 40% credit can be used for offsetting by F24, which must be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service. The credit is exempt from IRPEF and IRAP. 

It is also possible to assign the credit with the transfer of the facility to other parties, including credit institutions and other financial intermediaries.
