It is called Birroforum 2017 (click here to visit the site) and is among the events on the beer in Italy's most anticipated summer, the biggest craft beer festival in Rome, June 15-18.
A festival dedicated to artisanal blondes, but also to street food, with a focus on Italian-style fritto misto, the star of the festival.

It will take place in Rome in the Farnesina area, on the Lungotevere Diaz and will bring to the capital the best breweries of Italy in four days of pure fun, with vintage games, tastings, chefs, experts and "brewers," and lots of music with activities dedicated to the industry.

The breweries of Birroforum 2017

There will be 18 guest breweries at Birroforum 2017, which will have rivers of blondes and reds flowing for visitors who want to try new flavors and new pairings, such as beer and parmesan cheese in 3 seasonings, 18, 24 and 40 months.
Here are the breweries attending the event:

  • BEER 100 WINDS - Borgomanero (Novara)
  • STI MALTI - Carinola (Caserta)
  • BIRRADAMARE - Rome
  • OXIANA - Rome
  • TOGETHER BEER - Rome
  • LOSA BEER - Latina
  • CASA VECCIA - Treviso
  • TURBACCI - Rome
  • IBEER - Fabriano (Ancona)
  • PICOBREW - Milan
  • TROLL BEER - Vernante (Cuneo)
  • BIRRIFICIO NADIR - San Remo (Imola)

  • THE MASTIO - Macerata

Craftsmanship and passion while respecting tradition, balance and taste: these are the banners carried forward by the 'breweries, numerous in Italy, that produce beers using artisanal methods for very high quality, so much so that the industry is comparing that of wines.

A connection with the territory, the use of the best raw materials, and qualified production processes are transforming what for many was just a passion into a real business that exports Italian excellence to the world in the food.
