Presentations of the original pandoro platings were held on October 29 at the Steam 1928 Milan.

October 29, at the Vapore 1928 headquarters at 26 Via Messina in Milan, was a special date. On the occasion of the rebranding operation of Paluani, in fact, a very sweet and colorful media-only event was held, attended by one of the most charismatic lecturers in Italian Food Academy, the pastry chef Fabio Orlando.

A moment that not only celebrated the renewal of the Paluani brand, but was also an opportunity to discover new trends and creative experiments related to the traditional Christmas dessert par excellence, Pandoro.

Fabio Orlando, winner of the Italian Cake Design Championship in 2016 and known for his expertise in creative pastry, presented innovative and creative versions of the classic Pandoro, easily replicable even at home. The chef introduced a completely revamped Pandoro, enriched with colorful creams and sprinkles, bringing a modern and creative twist to an iconic dessert.

His mastery of the art of cutting, presentation and decoration was featured in a food event that amazed those in attendance.

It was an unmissable opportunity for the journalists present, who had the chance to experience firsthand the marriage of tradition and innovation, the trademark of Paluani's new era.
