I did the online Master's program for Food and Beverage Manager with Italian Food Academy last May and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.I have been working in the restaurant industry for more than ten years as a room manager and I decided to take this course to enrich my skills as I am about to open my own bistro.The master's program exceeded all my expectations. The lecturers were super professional and knowledgeable, bringing back their great practical experience in the industry and managing to convey even complex concepts in a clear and engaging way. Especially the lecturer Ursula Chioma, who made us do in addition to the theory many exercises on food cost. Always available the didactic tutor Federica Piras, present and ready to answer any doubt or need.This master was a valuable investment to understand how to better manage my business, without waste and without improvisation. Through Italiano Food Academy I took part in the course "art of plating".This course was a real experience, both a theoretical and practical course, with out of the ordinary teachers, design professionals, world class culinary critics experts like Roberta Schiera, contemporary chefs like Ronzoni Mirko winner of Hell's kitchen and Roy Caceres from Metamorfosi in Rome 1 Michelin star.In just 5 days, I was able to learn, touch and make my own incredible and very useful cooking notions.For sure, as far as I am concerned, this course will be followed by others.For this reason, I can only recommend everyone to take Italian Food Academy courses to increase your knowledge in the best way.

Excellence is now more affordable

Thanks to the Chef Bonus you can get a credit of up to 6,000 euros for expenses incurred in 2021 and 2022 for your professional training.  

Starting February 27, 2023, it will be possible to apply to the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy for the Chef Bonus.

WHAT IS IT?

Bonus Chef 2023 consists of a 40% tax credit (up to a maximum of 6,000 euros) recognized on expenses related to the restaurant industry for individuals engaged in the activity of professional chef at hotels and restaurants.

TO GET THE BONUS:

- you must have incurred, between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022, one or more of the expenses deemed eligible for the benefit

- one must be a resident or established of the state territory;

- Applicants must be in the full enjoyment of civil rights.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES:

- Purchase of durable capital goods (high energy class machinery for food storage, processing, processing and cooking, professional tools and equipment for catering)

- Participation in professional development courses.

HOW THE 2023 CHEF BONUS WORKS

The 40% credit can be used for offsetting by F24, which must be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service. The credit is exempt from IRPEF and IRAP. 

It is also possible to assign the credit with the transfer of the facility to other parties, including credit institutions and other financial intermediaries.
