It is called Social Influencer And it is a new tool that analyzes what are the top food influencers on social media i.e., the most influential and engaging figures related to the food world Italy.
These are not only bloggers, but also celebrities, chefs, now TV personalities and in any case all relevant on social networks, able to easily get likes, shares, interactions under each shared post.

1. Top food influencers of the moment: topping the list is Benedetta Rossi

With her "Homemade" blog, averaging six posts per day, she has managed to generate as many as 3.1 million interactions in just thirty days, and her social channels, Facebook and Youtube, are extremely well followed, with over 55% and 43% of posts respectively.

2. Chiara Maci

Who doesn't know her? Chiara Maci is a real character in the world of food, followed on Instagram especially, with 472 thousand interactions. Her blog is very popular, and after all, she constantly enriches it with content. On her social channels she shares pictures of her dishes, but also of everyday moments with her family and her partner, and she has also become famous for her participation in the two TV programs °VitaDaFoodBlogger and Cuochi e Fiamme.

3. Antonino Cannavacciuolo

And finally, on the podium of top food influencers is a chef, and of the caliber of Antonino Cannavacciuolo: he is the one who had the boom in interactions on June 13, his name day.

4. Valentina Boccia

With her blog Ho Voglia di Dolce, she is the fourth most engaging influencer: to her go 357 thousand interactions to her 439 content posts, including 90% on Facebook) and with a boom of more than 42 thousand interactions on a content with an ice cream cake recipe.

The list of the most influential people in the food world stretches with:

Excellence is now more affordable

Thanks to the Chef Bonus you can get a credit of up to 6,000 euros for expenses incurred in 2021 and 2022 for your professional training.  

Starting February 27, 2023, it will be possible to apply to the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy for the Chef Bonus.

WHAT IS IT?

Bonus Chef 2023 consists of a 40% tax credit (up to a maximum of 6,000 euros) recognized on expenses related to the restaurant industry for individuals engaged in the activity of professional chef at hotels and restaurants.

TO GET THE BONUS:

- you must have incurred, between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022, one or more of the expenses deemed eligible for the benefit

- one must be a resident or established of the state territory;

- Applicants must be in the full enjoyment of civil rights.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES:

- Purchase of durable capital goods (high energy class machinery for food storage, processing, processing and cooking, professional tools and equipment for catering)

- Participation in professional development courses.

HOW THE 2023 CHEF BONUS WORKS

The 40% credit can be used for offsetting by F24, which must be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service. The credit is exempt from IRPEF and IRAP. 

It is also possible to assign the credit with the transfer of the facility to other parties, including credit institutions and other financial intermediaries.
