Through Italiano Food Academy I took part in the course "art of plating".This course was a real experience, both a theoretical and practical course, with out of the ordinary teachers, design professionals, world class culinary critics experts like Roberta Schiera, contemporary chefs like Ronzoni Mirko winner of Hell's kitchen and Roy Caceres from Metamorfosi in Rome 1 Michelin star.In just 5 days, I was able to learn, touch and make my own incredible and very useful cooking notions.For sure, as far as I am concerned, this course will be followed by others.For this reason, I can only recommend everyone to take Italian Food Academy courses to increase your knowledge in the best way.
